As summer turns to autumn, our September 30th Wanderlust Supper is timed to celebrate this summer’s travels, or those in years past. Our love of travel sees a mix of cultures, food and objects that can become a collection of memories. Supper will be take place at South Loop Loft, whose owner, Beth Burke, travels the globe to bring the most thoughtful and delightful furniture and works of art back to her Chicago shop.
Chef Won Kim of Kimski will be preparing a meal that, like his restaurant, is a blend of culture, flavor and fun. Ashley Lin Ames’ collection of stunning handmade ceramics will set the tables, as well as some special pieces that are a collaboration between the ceramicist, her daughter and Chef Kim. Cornell Florist will join us once again with beautiful on-theme blooms, as well as Dot & Army’s beautiful handmade napkins. ** Please bring a totem of your travels and a story to tell at the table. This event has very limited seating for a cozy vibe.
We love a mood board! See below for our visual inspiration.
