Salt of the Earth

The Salt of the Earth supper was an early fall fete that focused on the role of salt in food and everyday life. 

Sommelier Lee Campbell returned with a lovely selection of wines grown in briny soil that was paired with a custom menu by Maison May Vanderbilt. Guests gathered in Catherine May's welcoming space in Fort Greene that celebrates the art of handmade items for home, and dined on thoughtfully prepared vibrant cuisine.
