Filigree Suppers celebrates the arrival of Spring with an evening devoted to the notion of all things bittersweet.
We are thrilled to team up with Pioneer Works, a non-profit art foundation located in Red Hook Brooklyn. The expansive building was originally built in 1866, and now plays host to artist residencies, concerts, classes, and a functions as center for science, art and culture.
A custom menu prepared by chef Nahvae Frost of Eleven Thirtysix will focus on spring harvest and how bittersweet flavors can be highlighted and tempered with preparation.
Woody Hambrecht from Alysian wines will be joining us for a second time to showcase his small batch vermouth and provide wine pairings throughout the meal.
Handmade ceramics by Wynne Noble will be on the table along with linens by Bayith. Artful florals will be provided by Red Hook's own Saipua
