Filigree Suppers teams up with Supersmith, a communal workshop space in Red Hook Brooklyn for the "Slow Burn" supper. This event will celebrate the art of slow living, focused around the concept of taking time to craft by hand. Chef Doug Hwang from Tygershark will prepare a special menu using a smoker made especially for the event.
The 3 course menu will have a nod to summer BBQ and cocktails by Two Parts Spirit will utilize fresh fruit and slow cooked reductions.
